Create a plan instead of an empty sheetEnter names, choose a format and generate the plan. Then print it or use the existing sharing feature.

Enter the names, pick a format, done: the planner spreads partners, opponents and byes fairly across all rounds — the part every spreadsheet template fails at. Enter points right on court and the table updates live.

What the template would need — and the app does

Which template for which format?

There is no single schedule — there are five formats, each needing its own: Americano (everyone versus everyone, from four players), Mexicano (pairings from the standings, from eight), King of the Court (climbing and dropping between courts), Team Americano (fixed pairs) and the knockout (bracket). The planner knows all five — and “Running a tournament” helps you choose.

Frequently asked

Can I get the schedule as a PDF?
Yes — via the print button in the app: choose “Save as PDF” in your browser’s print dialog. The PDF contains all rounds already generated, ready to pin up or send around. In Mexicano, King of the Court and knockout, further pairings are generated as the tournament progresses.
Do I need Excel or a fill-in template?
No. The app builds the plan from the names and the format — fairly distributing partners, opponents and byes is exactly the part a spreadsheet template cannot do.
How do all players get the schedule on their phones?
Via QR code straight from the app: show it once, everyone scans, everyone has the plan. Nobody needs an account.
What does the planner cost?
Nothing. No sign-up, no ads, no hidden costs — the app runs in the browser and keeps working without reception once it has loaded.
